EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION
Each year we recognize employees for outstanding service and contribution to CRH. As you will see in the following pages we have employees that have reached milestones in their employment, also we would like to recognize the winners of the yearly awards. Each year it is a very difficult job to select a winner in some of the categories as we have a group of winners here at CRH, and each and every one of you is a vital part to the machine.

10 YEAR RINGS
A 10K white gold ring is awarded every year to the employees who reach their 10-year anniversary. The rings contain a garnet gemstone of the highest quality and around the stone are carved the words SERVICE, LOYALTY and DEDICATION. This year reaching 10-years of service:

20 YEAR SERVICE PLATEAU
This year we have 2 employees that reached this prestigious milestone in their employment, they are:
Pat Tobin and Dave Tremmel.
ROOKIE OF THE YEAR
To be eligible for this award the employee must work for less than one year, but more than 90 days. This individual must have performed in an outstanding manner. The winners of this award will have their name engraved on a plaque located at the terminal and receive a $100 bonus.
This year’s recipients are:

Terminal Rookie of the Year – Ray Moss
DRIVER OF THE YEAR
Eligibility for this award includes leadership qualities, consistency, flexibility, low damage claim and an excellent safety record. The winners of this award will receive a $100 bonus and have his name engraved on a plaque located at the terminal.

STEVEN F. CREAGHAN
GREY AND MAROON AWARD
To be eligible for this award an employee must have demonstrated flexibility, volunteer for extra duty, present a positive company image and have a positive attitude. This person would emulate the friendly spirit and contagious smile of our departed friend, Steve Creaghan. The winner of this award will have his or her name engraved on a plaque located at the terminal and receive a $200 bonus.
This year’s recipient is – Gene Ellis
BOB HEYL MEMORIAL AWARD
This is the highest honor that a CRH employee can attain. It was named in honor of Bob Heyl who was the founder of the then CRH Delivery and now CRH Transportation Inc. Bob passed away 1985 and was the father of Chuck Heyl. It is presented annually to the employee who incorporates all of the other award criteria, plus demonstrates the leadership abilities, hard work and persistence that were some of the virtues that emulate the founder of our company. The winner of this award will receive a $300 bonus and have his or her name engraved on a plaque located at the St. Louis terminal.
