EMPLOYEES OF THE MONTH

The employee of the month for December is Ray Moss. Ray on the norm runs our Lakeville freight to Rock Island nightly but is never thrown off schedule when asked to handle any other run we may have at a seconds notice as we did in December. Prompt with time, close attention to details and paperwork make Ray a vital part of our team. I think everyone will agree, Ray is one of the most personable people to come around in a long time and it is always a pleasure to be in his company. Also, Ray has a way with the ladies, the ones in the office that is, coffee, soda, and pretzels. Congrats Ray, keep up the great job and keep those ladies happy!!!!

The Team-Lease employee of the month is Joe Jones. Joe is like a knight in shining armor, always upbeat and ready to do what it takes to meet customer’s satisfaction. His normal day is spent at our Shillington Box account, but Joe is always first to jump when any of our customers are in need. Joe is one of those guys that have nothing but a positive outlook, and that goes a long way in not only the eyes of the customer but carries over to everyone that he is in contact with. Keep it up Joe; it is always a pleasure to have you in our graces.

THOUGHT TO THINK ABOUT

Here is a good one to think about!!! Kansas City just completed one complete year without a lost time accident. Big congratulations to all the members of the Kansas City team for a job well done. This is really a big milestone and should not be taken lightly. This not only is a nice little cash bonus in their pockets, but also helps the entire company towards better rates on our Workers Comp Insurance. It can be done, YES, it can be!!! It takes total attention to our daily routine and total commitment by all to achieve a goal such as this, YES, it can be done!!!!
